If you wish to take your Learn to Dive Course, Tusa also offer a four day PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) Course and two day open water referral courses.

Departing from Cairns, Tusa Dive takes you to two outer reef destinations in the day. These are specially selected as the day’s best from Tusa’s 21 fabulous outer reef dive locations, where you can expect to encounter anything from coral wall drop offs to swim throughs and canyons and pretty coral bays. New sites are visited each day and are carefully selected to give you the best of the reef for the day’s conditions.

The Tusa Dive vessels, MV Tusa III and MV Tusa IV, are state of the art, 72 foot custom built dive vessels. Air-conditioned interiors and plenty of couch seating throughout make for a comfortable trip to the reef. The outer reef sites lie approximately 35 miles offshore, which, in the Tusa vessels cruising at a fast 20 knots, takes around 90 minutes to reach.

You will be well looked after on the MV Tusa with staff to passenger ratios averaging one to four. A sumptuous buffet lunch, morning and afternoon tea are served on board and nearly five hours on the reef allows plenty of time to dive, snorkel and relax.
