Ocean Spirit Cruises

Ocean Spirit Cruises offers the most unique sailing experiences to the Great Barrier Reef aboard luxuxy sailing catamarans. Ocean Spirit has three cruises to choose from, two departing from the port of Cairns and the third departing from Palm Cove.

Ocean Spirit I sails from Cairns to Michaelmas Cay for the day. Michaelmas Cay is a pristine, vegetated sand island. It is the perfect place to dip your toes into the Coral Sea and experience the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkeling, guided snorkel tours with Marine Biologists, semi-submersible tours and diving is all on offer.

Ocean Spirit II sails from Cairns to two stunning destinations. The first stop is Oyster Reef. Oyster Reef is a clear shallow reef that is teeming with brightly coloured fish and corals. The second stop is Upolu Cay. Upolu Cay is a tiny little sand island where you can take a glass bottom boat tour, do more snorkeling and diving.

Oceans Spirit III departs Palm Cove and sails direct to Upolu Cay. Marine Naturalists will give guided snorkel tours and glass bottom tours are also on offer. Ocean Spirit III will then take you to Oyster Reef for more snorkeling.

All tours include morning and afternoon tea, lunch, reef tax, complimentary glass of champagne on homeward sail and live entertainment.

Ocean Spirit I and III include return transfers. These are to be booked when reservation is made.
