Ellis Beach Bungalows and Leisure Park, Cairns

Ellis Beach is situated halfway between Cairns and Port Douglas, in beautiful gardens and on the loveliest beach in Tropical North Queensland, surrounded by rainforest covered mountains.

The accommodation consists of Oceanfront Bungalows, with air conditioning, fans, queen size beds, cooking facilities, linen, towels, colour televisions, private bathrooms and verandahs overlooking the Coral Sea. Two bungalows sleep up to five people and 13 bungalows sleep up to four people.

Also available are Ensuite bungalows, with private bathrooms, all have air conditioning, linen, towels, fans, colour televisions, cooking facilities and all have verandahs overlooking the Coral Sea and sleep up to two people.

Powered caravan sites are available, some with absolute beachfront, all with cement pads, co/ax cable, are beautifully landscaped with plenty of shade. Camping areas are unpowered but are grassed and have lots of shade with a campers kitchen.

Ellis Beach Oceanfront Bungalows has a swimming pool with a kiddies wading pool, barbecue area, 200 metre walk to kiosk and cafe. Five minute drive to local eateries and 15 minutes to the regional shopping centre.

There is a regular bus service to Cairns and Port Douglas, and Ellis Beach is only 20 minutes to the airport.

All tour bookings and transfers can be arranged, there is a public telephone, facsimile and photocopying service available. Ellis Beach is nature’s theme park, but at your pace.
