Blazing Saddles Cairns Adventures
A fixture at Palm cove since 1997 Blazing Saddles moved in December 2005 to a new home, just nine kilometers west of Kuranda, onto what was the first Atherton Tablelands Dairy Farm.
The 1000 hectares property enhances existing Horse Riding and ATV operations by offering an authentic Australian farm experience. Still having the choice of a half day horse ride through rainforest and bush land or a half day ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) ride through the outback or doing both on a full day tour. But now with the addition of farm animals giving you the chance to milk a goat, feed the pigs, do some cattle and sheep mustering and even see a trained sheep dog in action.

Touring Options
Full Day Tour – Half Day Horseriding and Half Day ATV
Your tour begins with a horse ride through bush land surrounding the Blazing Saddles complex. Native Australian forest and rainforest surroundings provide interesting and adventurous trails and also many native animals and birds.
After lunch, you will commence your exciting ATV obstacle course. This gives you the chance to improve your skills with steering and handling their ATV. After the fun of the short course, you then venture into the forest through beautiful tree-lined trails.
Half Day Horse Riding Tour Morning
Tour commences through bush land surrounding Blazing Saddles complex. Native Australian forest and rainforest surroundings provide interesting and adventurous trails and also many native animals and birds. This tour will include a mini cattle round up and other Australian animals.
Half Day ATV’s Morning Tour
Tour commences with an exciting obstacle course. This gives drivers a chance to improve their skills with steering and handling their ATV. After the fun of the short course, you then venture into the forest through beautiful tree-lined trails.
