Watch the whales play (in season) while having breakfast in Genevieve’s Restaurant or from your room if you are ocean side. Explore the wineries enjoy fresh local produce such as cherries, berries, wines and asparagus.

Visit nearby Denmark, a beautiful scenic area, just 30 minutes drive. Take a picnic basket from the Esplanade and stop along the way to take in some of the world’s most beautiful scenery.

On return to the Esplanade relax in the comfort of Legends Bar and Cafe or in a chesterfield couch in the Vancouver room while enjoying a local wine or piping hot cappuccino.
