The fully self contained colonial style villas and deluxe spa villas have fully equipped kitchens, automatic washing machines, gas heating or reverse cycle air conditioning and heating. One, two, three or four bedrooms. Each has an outdoor veranda or patio with barbecue facilities and off road parking.

We are just three minutes walk from beautiful Middleton Beach, cafes, restaurants and the Esplanade Hotel. The Golf Links and bowling green are nearby.
Walk on the famous boardwalk around the edge of the harbour and enjoy the spectacular views. Cycle or walk to Emu Point on the dual pathway or just relax on the beach. We are only three minutes drive to the city. Sorry no Pets.

Three bedroom with a queen and single in one bedroom and two single beds in the other bedrooms. Designed to close off extra bedrooms if not required.
