ROC Tours Australia

Cycling the Australian outback – now that’s adventure!

The Australian outback encompasses a large land mass, vast distances, incredible scenery and is not what most people would think of as ‘ideal’ cycling terrain. However each year a greater number of people are discovering the unique experiences provided by Remote Outback Cycle Tours (ROC), as they escape to long dreamed of destinations. The style of travel is as adventurous as personal fitness allows.

From tri-athlete to the novice rider, 16 year olds to veterans, our ROC guides delight in supplying a fully supported itinerary which ensures a unique, hassle free holiday unrivalled in the big, beautiful country.

ROC Tours Australia was established in 1993 and is a local family owned company. Our philosophy has been to step outside the normal idea of a tour. Our focus has been to cater for those people wanting more variety and adventure than what is available on a regular tour.

ROC Tours have been combining mountain biking with outback four wheel driving in order to cater for those adventurers who crave more than just a bus tour. However, non cycling tours are now also available.

There are now ten tour options available from ROC and all are listed in our award winning website: Tour destinations include world class attractions such as Uluru (Ayers Rock), The Bungle Bungle National Park, Kakadu National Park, Litchfield National Park, Katherine Gorge, Cable Beach in Broome, Munda Biddi Trail, The Pinnacles, Margaret River and the beautiful beaches of Esperance.

Whether you have just taken up riding or enjoy cycling pursuits on a regular basis, ROC are sure you will be more than happy with ROC’s unique itineraries. We look forward to cycling the outback with you.
