Grandis Cottages is one of the newest accommodation facilities in the Swan Valley. Since opening we have had many very happy customers who all agree they will be back.

Grandis Cottages are stylish and offer you comfort and luxury, the perfect venue to stay after a visit to the many wineries, after a meal at one of the many local restaurants or after a function at one of the many function centres located in the valley, or just a weekend away.

Each cottage offers you stylish furniture, with a modern lounge, modern equipped kitchen and dining area. Gas log fires and air conditioning provides the perfect comfort for our guests. Each bathroom is equipped with a two person spa. Each luxury bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, (one single bed also in the second bedroom) fitted with finest quality linen.

Set on a five acre semi rural property close to many of the wineries and restaurants the cottages are surrounded by relaxing wide verandas, overlooking spectacular landscaped rose gardens and a variety of large Gum trees including the “Grandis eucalypt”.

A choice of breakfast provisions is provided daily to allow our guests to cook their breakfast at a suitable time in the privacy of their cottage. The traditional Australian breakfast provisions includes eggs, bacon, sausages, freshly baked bread, jams, spreads and other seasonally available valley produce. Continental breakfast is also available.

A fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Disabled guests are welcome with one cottages fully fitted for their special requirements
