Gourmet Safaris

Gourmet Safaris offers a program of culinary adventures into exotic cuisines
readily available in some of Sydneys most flavoursome food precincts. Guest
feasts on celebrated dishes from each cuisine and at the same time learn about
the culinary culture and customs.

Food journalist Maeve OMeara, a food author, broadcaster, and television
presenter on Channel 7 Better Homes and Gardens, designed the Gourmet Safaris
program. For the past 20 years, she has travelled the world sampling food and
for over 11 years has written about food in Australia.

Maeve and her team of cuisine experts, have been hosts to over 5000 guests on
Gourmet Safaris to restaurants and cultural precincts since 1998. Gourmet
Safaris are scheduled both day and evening, midweek and weekend.
