Apartments R Oz – Top of the Town, Sydney

A modern one bedroom split level apartment.

With the patio doors wide open the living area can extend on to the balcony and be used for alfresco dining with a view of the harbour, the Habour Bridge and the Opera House.

A modern stainless steel kitchen and all conveniences including a dishwasher and a laundry.

The apartment is fully equipped with TV CD DVD and stereo radio, with internet access available if required. A double sofa bed in the sitting room enables the apartment to sleep four persons.

The bedroom on the upper level has a queen bed and a walk in wardrobe. The bathroom is on this level.
This apartment has security parking for one car.

Two types of studio are also available, the small type having a double wall bed, a superb kitchen and a bathroom.

The other type being far more spacious and has a queen bed in an alcove; this is more like a one bedroom apartment.

All these apartments are fully equipped; all have spring interior mattresses, in all there is a stainless steel kitchen, with a dishwasher, air/con, and a laundry.

The TOP OF THE TOWN apartment block is:
a recent, complete redevelopment of the building.
There is a very well equipped gym, a plunge pool and Sauna.
Lifts go to all floors.

It is in a very vibrant area, with lots of places to eat, just about every nations food, restaurants and coffee shops. The city is 10 to 15 minutes walk and only 5 minutes by public transport, bus or train which are both within a few minutes walk of the TOP OF THE TOWN.

Weekly booking taken for holidays, visits to Sydney, or extended bookings for business trips. Rents negotiable for bookings of 4 weeks or longer.
