Oz Experience

About Oz Experience:

G’day and welcome to the NEW Oz Experience!
We are here for only one reason: To provide the best opportunities to Experience the REAL Australia. We focus on delivering you the best travel experiences Australia has to offer. This in turn, gives you maximum freedom and control over your journey. Australia is a vast expanse and it can seem a little daunting at first deciding how to plan your trip. That’s where we come in. We believe that over 12 years we have found the most unique places to stay, the coolest activities available, and the best value for your hard-earned money.

The Concept . . .
Oz Experience is a flexible touring network developed for travellers by travellers. You can get on and off our small group 24-seat mini-buses (complete with DVD players) to discover the country for yourself. We don’t include food or accommodation so you can use your time how you like. We show you things not necessarily always on the map but that offer you real Australian experiences. We pick you up and drop off at key hostels and will book your accommodation for you as well as other optional activities.
Our network encompasses travel over most of Australia. Oz Experience takes you to all of the great icons of Australia like Byron Bay, Ayers Rock (Uluru), and The Great Ocean Road. Our National passes are made up of a combination of smaller trips, and you can start them anywhere and finish them anywhere whilst travelling in one direction. That means, for example you could start your adventure in Cairns travel down the East Coast to Sydney, on towards Melbourne and Adelaide, and then up through the desert, and back to Cairns. However you travel, you want to make the most of your time in Australia and the flexible nature of our passes certainly accommodates that.

Your pass now includes sea kayaking, an outback cattle station stop, scooter-roo (guided 50cc moped ride to see kangaroos), didgeridoo experience, eco-guided treks, barefoot bowling, tree planting and learn to surf lessons.
Your pass will also give you discounts off at bars and activities along the way. We suggest you get off the bus to spend more time hanging out at the beach or in the mountains for longer walks, go to Fraser Island or the Whitsunday Islands. But even if you don’t get off we reckon you’d have a pretty good experience of what Australia’s all about by the end of your journey. All our guides are exactly that – guides not just drivers – and will tell you all about the flora and fauna, aboriginal culture, geology and points of interest you will see. We know that your visit to our rather large piece of the world will be funky, yet informative, much like us. Push the boundaries, explore and discover, get on the ultimate ride with Oz Experience!
