Fraser Island has more than 40 freshwater lakes, fast flowing creeks, massive sand blows, pristine rainforests, coloured sand cliffs, ship wrecks and much more. Your tour with Goanna Adventures covers all the major destinations over three day including Lake Wabby, Maheno shipwreck, Eli Creek, the Pinnacles, Rainbow Gorge, Central Station, Wanggoolba Creek and Pile Valley. And of course any trip to Fraser Island wouldn’t be complete without experiencing one of the Island’s blue water lakes – either Lake Birrabeen or Lake McKenzie.

Touring Options

Moreton Island Discovery Day Tour

A four wheel drive adventure to beautiful Moreton Island – a true wilderness destination. Discover this paradise just a short sea ferry journey across Moreton Bay from Brisbane. Moreton Island is the third largest sand island in the world – 98 per cent of which is national park. With no sealed roads on the island, the four wheel drives are essential in getting you to the best locations. Your tour includes all fees, transport and lunch. Sand boarding, eco-tour to Honeymoon Bay, Champagne Pool, North Point, Cape Moreton Lighthouse and swimming at Blue Lagoon.

Fraser Island Discovery Three Days/Two Nights

Three day tour includes standard quad share accommodation with all rooms having their own kitchen and ensuite. Upgrade to twin share for an extra fee. A continental breakfast (two mornings) and buffet dinner (two evenings) is included as is all transport, ferry charges. Lunches are not included, National Park fees are not included. The Tour covers Lake Wabby, Maheno shipwreck, Eli Creek the Pinnacles, Rainbow Gorge, Central Station, Wanggoolba Creek, and Pile Valley. And of course any trip to Fraser Island wouldn’t be complete without experiencing one of its blue water lakes – either Lake Birrabeen or Lake McKenzie.

Moreton Island Tangalooma Resort Wild Dolphin Feeding Package Two Days/One Night

A great way to experience Moreton Island. Day One four wheel drive exploring the Island in a small group visiting all the best destinations. Try sand boarding and tobogganing with the experts or just watch the action and enjoy the fantastic views. Late afternoon you will book into your air-conditioned room at the Tangalooma Resort. As a Resort guest, enjoy all the luxury and wide range of activities it has to offer including snorkelling at the wrecks, sailing, whale watching tours (in season), quad bikes, helicopter flights, parasailing, and much more. In the evening, enjoy the wild dolphin feeding.

Moreton Island Ultimate Two Day Package – Camping Tour

The Ultimate tour has everything – a fantastic day aboard Dolphin Wild’s FastCat. A guided snorkelling tour on a sub-tropical reef system at either Flinders Reef or the Tangalooma Wrecks. Eco-tour to Cape Moreton, Honeymoon Bay, a history and culture tour along Eastern Beach including World War II and aboriginal sites, plus you will camp right on the beach near Blue Lagoon. Sand tobogganing and sand boarding down some of the World’s largest sandhills. All meals, including a seafood smorgasbord on first day, all four wheel drive transport, transfer costs are included.

Moreton Island Two Day 4WD Adventure – Camping Tour

Tour includes: A luxury sea ferry across Moreton Bay for two sessions of sand boarding and tobogganing, one night at the permanent Base Camp nestled between the surf beach and Blue Lagoon on the Eastern Beach. Everything is supplied. Culture and history beach tour down Eastern Beach to World War II and aboriginal sites. Visits all the main destinations including Cape Moreton Lighthouse, Honeymoon Bay, North Point, Champagne Pool and Blue Lagoon.
