Lagoon Apartments are luxury self contained one and two bedroom apartments centrally positioned in the Dockside precinct of Kangaroo Point and only a stone’s throw from the Brisbane Central Business District, Southbank and a number of excellent restaurants and bars.

Some of the things which make them special are that all apartments are fully equipped with the latest stereos, DVD players and flat screen televisions and are provided with Foxtel offering Sports, Movies, News as well as the normal free-to-air channels. Each apartment has fully ducted air-conditioning. An alternative to cooking for yourself in the full size kitchens with stainless steel appliances, is to order from Gourmet Deliveries – a local restaurant delivery service. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer, secure allocated car parking and lift service to all floors from the car park. There is access to Dockside Sports Centre Lap Pool and Tennis Courts.

Each apartment has stunning river and city views from the spacious balconies and have been individually designed by a local interior designer to be as individual as you are.
