Yamba Waters Caravan Park, Yamba

Whether you decide to stay in a self contained villa around the sparkling blue pool, or you bring your Own van or tent, you are sure to have a relaxing, fun filled holiday at Yamba Waters. The choice is yours! You can do as much or as little as you please…

Our facilities include Pools, BBQ areas, Playgrounds, Camper’s Kitchen, Games Room and a Kiosk. The Park is bordered by 4 acres of saltwater lagoon into which you are welcome to throw a line. We also have a large grassed recreation area for cricket, soccer, touch football or volleyball. We can provide the sporting equipment, but you will need to bring your enthusiasm.

Our accommodation options include self contained brick Villas, Units with shared amenities, Ensuite Van and Tent sites, Powered Van or tent sites and Unpowered sites.

Take a well-earned break at Yamba. The unique coastal town with spectacular scenery, secluded beaches, great fishing, and award winning restaurants and friendly locals.

Accommodation Options

Self Contained Brick Villa

Villa with full cooking facilities and shower and toilet. Colour TV, microwave oven and clock radio. The Villas surround the pool, BBQ and playground area. They are 5 berth with a double bed, bunk and a small single. Cots, Foldaway beds, and linen are available for hire. SORRY PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ACCOMMODATION

Brick Unit

Unit with full cooking facilities and shared amenities block (Shower and toilet) between room No. 5 and 6. The units have Colour TV and in house video. They also have a microwave oven and a clock radio. SORRY PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ACCOMMODATION

Unpowered Tent Site

Our tent areas are located close to Amenities, Camp Kitchen, Games Room, playground, BBQ’s and pools. Some sites are adjacent to the saltwater lagoon. Pets are permitted off-season (inspection of pet required on arrival).

Powered Van or Tent Site

Our Powered sites are located close to the Amenities, Camp Kitchen, Games Room, playground, BBQ’s and pools. They are very large grassed sites. Some have concrete annexe slabs. All sites have water and sullage points. Discounts apply for extended stays (over 4 weeks) off-season. Pets are permitted off-season (inspection of pet required on arrival).

Ensuite Van or Tent Site

We have 40 Ensuite sites that have there own shower, toilet and hand basin. Some sites are grassed for tents and others have concrete slabs for Vans. All sites have sullage and water points. Discounts apply for extended stays (over 4 weeks) off-season. Sorry, Pets are not permitted on ensuite sites.
