Wilderness Cabin, Quorn
Situated 42 kilometres east of Quorn in the Horseshoe Range. An isolated valley very similar to Wilpena Pound. The cabin is set on the edge of a hillside overlooking a huge dam. The cabin is fully self contained with modern facilities. Wild ducks live on the dam, and other native animals drink there at sunrise and sunset. There are excellent bushwalking tracks in the area and wonderful views of the surrounding Flinders Ranges. The Horseshoe Rim 4WD Adventure Track is available for use at a reduced rate for patrons staying in the cabins.
