Our two fabulous coastal locations offer five individual houses with ocean views and beachfront settings – each with three bedrooms to sleep up to six persons. Situated in Prevelly Park ( Margaret Rivers coastal settlement – tem kilometres west of the town) and right next door to world famous surf beaches, yet only minutes walk to safe swimming beaches, these houses will warmly welcome you to relax in their private, quiet surroundings.

We are opposite a shop/liquor store (for small food items) and an ocean view caf serving tasty local foods at reasonable prices so you don’t have to drive anywhere unless you want to!

An 18 hole golf course is only a five minute drive away and within half an hour drive north or south from Prevelly Park are all the attractions this region is so famous for – wineries, caves, art galleries, bushwalking, horse riding, golf, fine restaurants, whale watching, animal farm and much more.

We are very centrally located. Within easy walking distance are wonderful beaches for swimming, walking, fishing, surfing, diving, canoeing, windsurfing and all sage in clear, clean waters.

Our properties are family and pet friendly with guests permitted to bring their dogs to each house, though conditions do apply to guarantee the absolute cleanliness of the houses.

Prevelly Villas are fully self contained to enable guests to cater for themselves with many small, thoughtful details included to personally welcome you to enjoy your holiday in this south west corner of Western Australia.

Two of these houses are available. They are compact and comfortable and offer limited views of the ocean.

Beachfront House

This single level house has high quality furnishings and fittings and is just a minutes walk from the beach. It contains a kitchen including dishwasher, two bathrooms, two living areas and is very private.

Multi Level Houses

These spacious houses have superb views of the ocean.
