The B&B is situated in the beautiful rolling hills of Red Hill at the centre of the many attractions of the Mornington Peninsula and is located at the end of a quiet country lane with no through traffic so privacy and tranquillity is assured. There are three modern guest suites all featuring sculptured rammed earth walls providing both beauty and excellent privacy. * All suites provide sweeping views overlooking uninterrupted parkland, orchards and lake. * All suites have a luxurious queen sized bed, lounge, ensuite double spa, video, stereo and private balcony * Guests enjoy a wide choice from Helen’s gourmet a la carte breakfast menus for both food and drinks, with a wide range of our own recipes for food and drink specialities as well as more traditional breakfast favourites. * Breakfast can be taken on your own private balcony, in your own suite or in the beautiful guests’ dining room. * Check-in and check-out times are flexible * We are close to well known wineries, galleries, restaurants, golf courses, beaches, walking trails and antique shops. * An extensive library of music, videos, books and magazines is provided. * The Orchard is designed to provide guests with a carefree break from the stresses of everyday life…guests have often said that two nights at The Orchard feels like a week or more off work.
