The Bark Hut Tourism Centre

The Bark Hut Tourism Centre, a must see historic icon of the Northern Territory, is a perfect base from which to explore the Mary River Wetlands and Kakadu National Park. The Bark Hut Tourism Centre is situated on the Arnhem Highway approximately half way between Darwin and Kakadu. The Mary River Delta is the home of buffalo, crocodiles and barramundi, as well as birds, wallabies, kangaroos and wild boar.
