WHEELIES’ REST & WHEELIES’ REST ‘APARTMENT FOR 2′ Wheelies’ Rest is a unique 240sq/m Architect designed, open plan, 4 bedroom (12 bed) purpose built house providing 100% wheelchair friendly holiday accommodation for groups of people with disabilities, their carers, people in wheelchairs who are independent and families with a disabled member. Every conceivable option has been included for our visitors’ comfort. Two hi/lo hospital beds, transfer hoists, shower/toilet wheelchair, and a variety of other aids available enables people with disabilities to enjoy ‘home away from home’ accommodation at Wheelies’ Rest over a period of days to visit all of the magnificent tourist attractions Phillip Island has to offer. A Beach Wheelchair is available for hire, plated meals can be arranged for collection if required and carers may be arranged at an hourly rate. WHEELIES’ REST ‘APARTMENT FOR 2′ – 100%wheelchair friendly Designed for a couple or client and carer. Situated next to Wheelies’ Rest, the self contained apartment features fully disabled bathroom, shower/toilet/comode chair, overhead track for Laylah transfer hoist, fridge, microwave, toaster, TV, radio, BBQ all linen/towels, etc provided. Shared laundry.
