It has 2 bedrooms (1 X Queen sized and 1 with 2 king singles which convert to a king size bed), plus a foldout double sofa bed in the sun room. The decked barbecue area looks out onto the forest. It has a bathroom and en suite. Single spa bath. Only 1.5 kilometre from the Echuca Post Office and 500 metres from the Murray River.
