Situated on the shores of Lake Eucumbene within the Snowy Mountains National Park, Providence Lodge offers peace and tranquility after a day of skiing, fishing or sightseeing. Only 45 minutes from Cooma and 10 minutes from Adaminaby, Providence Lodge is the ideal base to ski, fish or explore the National Park by foot, horse, car or bicycle.
Wake up to views across the lake to rugged hills and enjoy breakfast. At the end of the day, relax in the lounge Dinner is optional. For those wanting self catering, there is a 2 bedroom luxury cabin and a 2 bedroom apartment available.
Winter means skiing. Providence Lodge is only 25 minutes from Mt Selwyn and is the closest Lodge. This gives you more time for skiing. Come back to the Lodge after a day’s skiing and relax by the fire waiting for your 3 course dinner to be served.
During spring, summer and autumn, enjoy many of the activities on offer such as horseriding, mountain biking, bushwalking and touring by car or four wheel drive. Providence Lodge is at the very centre of the Snowy Mountains so all parts are within easy access. Make a series of day trips and explore the surrounding attractions and towns such as Yarrangobilly Caves, the Snowy Hydro power stations, Tumut, Tumbarumba, Adelong, Cabramurra, Jindabyne, historic Kiandra, Mt Kosciuszko, Thredbo…the list goes on
Explore the many four wheel drive tracks to places such as the awesome Blue Waterholes, Currango Homestead, Coolamine Homestead, Ravine and the Namadgi National Park.

Lodge
Apart from the obvious attraction of meals included in the tariff (winter only), all rooms are centrally heated and have an ensuite. Rooms cater for couples and families with a number of inter-connecting rooms able to sleep up to 6 people. Lodge facilities include a drying room, sauna and a lounge are with log fire and a games room which has a pool table and guest bar so by all means B.Y.O. We offer a truly cosy mountain lodge atmosphere.
Luxury Cottage
The luxury cottage accommodates up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with linen supplied and offers sweeping Lake views. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed. There is a large kitchen and dining area, lounge area with satellite TV and heating. The cottage offers privacy and comfort.
Self Contained Apartment
The self contained unit sleeps 5 people in 2 bedrooms with linen supplied. It is centrally heated and has fabulous lake views.
