The Ocean Grove Tower House is a wonderful four bedroom timber holiday house with fantastic views of Bass Strait. It is close to the surf beach, parklands, shops and restaurants. It has barbeque facilites and an outside verandah and deck area and can accommodate up to 8 people. Warm and cosy in the winter and generally cool in the summer with its natural timber insulation and afternoon ocean breezes. It has a huge, relaxed living area and an open plan dining area. It is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and oven, a bath and shower, with a large HWS, four large bedrooms, three with great ocean views, and a great outside dining and meals area. It has television, VCR and a hi-fi system, a separate laundry and washing machine. Featuring a unique Tower with 360 degrees of windows and breathtaking views of Bass Strait. It has off street parking for two cars, large lawn areas and an attractive garden, with eucalypts, banksias and colourful flowers. It has a queen size bed in one room, a double bed in another, with the other two bedrooms having two single beds each. It has a large dining table which can seat 8 people as well as an outside table, chairs and sun umbrella on the deck. In the main living area is a gas pot belly heater as well as other electric/oil heaters which can be moved around.
