Suitable for a wide range of needs, from business executive accommodation, through to one or two couples, it’s also an ideal location for boating families with small children as the Courtyard is fully enclosed and gated with a second, gated barrier to the waterfront
The Unit features a master bedroom with QS bed, a second bedroom with 2 x SS beds and a DS sleeper sofa in the open plan living area.
All bedrooms have built-in robes and quality beds and bedding.
Sliding glass doors open out from the kitchen & living area onto the Villa’s own private, shaded courtyard.
The fully carpeted and tiled Villa has reverse cycle air conditioning and the large, modern kitchen features plenty of bench and cupboard space and looks out to the courtyard, making BBQs and Al Fresco dining a a pleasure.
Access to the complex is through security gates with intercom and remote control access and there is ample space for a boat and trailer.
Launch your boat from the on site boat ramp; go fishing on either the Lake, Lake Entrance or out to sea; tie up to the jetty on return and BBQ your catch of the Day in the privacy of your own courtyard.

Walk to Shopping Centre, complete with a Coles Supermarket just across the road, or wander down to the Swansea RSL Club on the edge of the Lake for an inexpensive Bistro meal overlooking the boats coming and going under to bridge to the Lake or pile the kids in the car and go to the beach at Caves Beach, just 3 or 4 minutes away.
