This beautiful luxury waterfront home was the winner of the highest residential architecture award in Australia – The Robin Boyd award – and is the epitome of laid back Noosa style.

Halcyon caters for up to a maximum of ten people, with three double rooms – an enormous master suite with King size bed and spa ensuite; one private Queen size guest suite with ensuite; one Queen size river view room and two twin rooms.

The living accommodation provides space to be together and room apart when you need it, with two living areas – one with television, DVD and stereo; the other with television, video cassette recorder and board games. Young and old alike will also love the new soccer table suitable for two to four players. The chef’s kitchen is complete with gas cook top, microwave oven, oven, icemaker fridge/freezer, dishwasher and bar fridge. Dining can be on the large indoor dining table, outdoors overlooking the river, or in the private sunny courtyard with barbecue, which is fully fenced from the river and pool.

Obviously water activities are at the forefront of a stay at Halcyon with its private and sunny 18-metre pool, private jetty and access to kayaks (at nominal rates). It is also an easy level walk to Noosa Main Beach, and the various river beaches nearby.

When you do choose to venture away from Halcyon, enjoy a stroll to Noosa’s sensational restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance; the great boutiques and shops of Hastings Street; or take a bus or drive to a buzzing and inspiring world famous market.

Halcyon caters for up to ten guests in one booking in six very originally designed bedrooms, with the following sleeping configuration: Enjoy the very spacious and luxurious master suite with views over the river, a private balcony, large ensuite complete with double spa bath. The private queen sized guest suite has it’s own entrance and lovely ensuite with bath. The third double room – another queen size room is very quiet and private, with views and separate access to the river. The two twin rooms feature very original design with built in single beds, desks and robes.
