Melbourne‘s newest international hotel opens on the 23rd of October 2006 in time for the Spring Carnival. Ideally located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD on Market Street between Collins Street and Flinders Lane, only minutes away from Yarra River, Southbank, Crown Entertainment Complex and Bourke Street Mall. This modern European style hotel boasts 280 rooms and suites, all with kitchenette facilities, flat screen televisions and high-speed internet access with wireless connectivity. Many rooms have stunning views of the Yarra River and city skyline. Recreational facilities include a full day spa with three treatment rooms, spa, sauna, gymnasium and an indoor heated lap pool is also available for guest’s enjoyment. For the business traveller, accommodation on the executive floor (level 21) located on the top floor of the hotel with rooms that have little extras including luxurious bathrobes, personal coffee plunger and 68cm flat screen television with cable. Three conference rooms and a full business centre are also available.
