Gipsy Point Luxury Lakeside Apartments has absolute water frontage to the upper reaches of the Mallacoota Lakes. A gentle slope provides beautiful views of the water from all parts of our property. Gipsy Point is an ideal getaway, a great all year round destination with shelter from coastal winds, a north easterly aspect (facing the morning sun), air conditioning, wood fires and a mild climate (usually 5 degrees warmer in winter and 5 degrees cooler in summer than Melbourne). Our Waterfront Apartments are for two people. They feature air conditioning, double spas, kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, CD and DVD, TV, video, phones, and laundry appliances. They provide the ultimate in luxury accommodation, with only 30 meters of foreshore separating their private verandah from the water. Our Lakeview Apartments are available as a one bedroom or a two bedroom / two ensuite apartment. They feature air-conditioning, wood fires, kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, TV, video, CD and DVD, phones and laundry appliances. They provide luxurious accommodation with a private verandah overlooking the water, and are ideal for two couples. Our centrally located, covered outdoor dining and barbecue area have beautiful water views. An open wood fire adds atmosphere to the relaxing ambience. The solar heated, salt water swimming pool is located beside the outdoor dining area. Both areas are great places to unwind and meet other guests. We are very proud of our landscaped gardens, which feature predominantly native plants. The flowing lawns contain many nooks surrounded by plantings. Native wildlife enjoys the gardens, including many species of birds and kangaroos. Gipsy Point Luxury Lakeside Apartments have excellent boating facilities with private jetties with moorings available and a boat ramp adjacent to the property. Hire boats and complimentary canoes are available for guests to explore the beautiful waterways
