Finch Hatton Gorge Cabins, Mirani

Experience a restful change in natural lowland riverine rainforest. Finch Hatton Gorge Cabins is in a secluded valley off Pioneer Valley, 80 kilometres west of Mackay, where you will find deep swimming holes and well maintained walking tracks.

Each self-contained holiday cabin has air-conditioning, full cooking facilities and is fully screened. Budget accommodation is clean and roomy with lockers for luggage and food. Linen is provided for all accommodation.

Camper and backpacker’s amenities include clean ablutions and laundry as well as fully equipped communal kitchen with gas, power and hot water. Power also available for campervans.

The covered barbecue area overlooking a spring fed creek is a great place for socialising or you can find a quiet spot by the creek to relax.

Each self-contained holiday cabin has reverse cycle air-conditioning so they can be heated in winter as well as quietly cooled in the hotter months. Full cooking facilities include gas hotplates and oven, microwave, electric frying pan, jug, toaster, cutlery, crockery, mixing bowls and utensils. The cabins are one room and sleep five adults with one double and three single beds and are fully screened. Linen provided consists of sheets, pillows and cases, blankets, quilts, bath towels, soap. Sitting on the veranda you can enjoy the sounds of the creek running over the rocks below.
