In the Southern Highlands, Australia’s newest wine-producing region, Eling Forest is one of the most established and well-known wineries, committed to crafting wines of rewarding complexity and distinctive taste. Set on historic grounds, Eling Forest has an Italian restaurant and a homestead (circa 1834) offering charming bed and breakfast accommodation. Garden marquee weddings are catered for, also functions and conferences.
