Central Park Motel, Rockhampton

Central Park Motel in one of only a handful of Rockhampton Motels that are not on the Bruce Highway or a major thoroughfare. Its parkland setting and off-highway location have deservedly earned it a reputation of being ‘The Quiet One’.

Although off the highway it is still close to and, in most cases, within walking distance of the railway station, airport, shopping centres, hospitals, clubs and other amenities.

The motel is rated at four star and has both deluxe and standard units at reasonable prices. Units are spacious and include family, spa bath, honeymoon, executive, interconnecting, two bedroom and disabled units.

All units are air-conditioned, have colour televisions and video players (video library is free and includes a large selection of children’s movies) and cable television. Deluxe rooms have split system air-conditioning, irons and ironing boards and hair dryers.

The fully licensed restaurant is open six nights per week (Monday to Saturday) and offers a wide selection of quality a la carte meals. Breakfast is served from 6.30 a.m. seven days a week.
