Without leaving the comfort of your accommodation you can watch your family and friends catch crabs and fish, cook dinner on the barbecue or take a soothing spa. The wide wraparound balcony is ideal for taking in a spectacular sunset, dolphin spotting or be entertained by the activities of the canal. Centrally located, your accommodation is just a short walk from the cafe strip of Mandurah.

Downstairs, the fully self-contained accommodation features quality furnishings and chic decor, including gourmet kitchen with granite benches, dishwasher and microwave oven. Being metres from the waters edge, the dining area, lounge and sitting area share spectacular canal views. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, clothes dryer and third toilet.
