A quiete and secluded spa retreat which nestles on 150 acres of Australian native bush high on a ridge overlooking the picturesque Atherton Tablelands, in the Cairns Highlands approximately one hours scenic drive from Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef. The retreat offers spacious fully self contained romantic hilltop spa lodges for couples.

Each romantic retreat has been designed to offer maximum privacy and inside you will find meticulous attention to detail.

The lodges are fully self contained including laundries, are individual in design, and offer every luxury, including huge heated deck spas, barbecues, hand crafted red cedar furniture, double shower, DVD, stereo sound system, cosy log fires, comfortable lounges, complimentary port, robes, fresh native flowers, hand made chocolates and home made cookies. Some lodges include DVD surround sound home theatre, dishwasher, private courtyards and plunge pool, deck hammocks, outdoor barbecue kitchen and deluxe automatic coffee maker.

Allawah (aboriginal for ‘sit down, stay here and rest a while’) is the ideal romantic getaway or as a superb base from which to explore all the attractions of the historic Tablelands and the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef. The walking tracks allow you to explore the surrounding woodlands where you’ll discover interesting flora, bird life and see wallabies and kangaroos up close.

Moonlight Lodge

Moonlight lodge is very open plan and has a comfortable flowing design – it is 83 square metres and inside you will find meticulous attention to detail. It has been designed to offer maximum privacy with every luxury including heated deck spa, double shower with handcrafted tile mosaic artwork and the beautiful handcrafted timber bench tops. The rich colour of red cedar furniture and timber floors add to the ambience of the wood fire in the lounge room.

Honeygem Lodge

The romantic Honeygem Lodge is 83 square metres in size and has a warm, homely, rich timber feel and overlooks eucalypt woodland from its high ridge vantage point, offering sweeping views across farmland. The Queensize bed can be closed off from the world behind folding timber louvre doors for added privacy. Each spacious lodge has been designed to offer maximum privacy. Honeygem has a heated deck spa and also a private courtyard with a plunge pool.

Treetops Lodge – Luxury Living.

Treetops lodge is private and secluded and very spacious being 88 square metres. It has a modern and elegant feel and offers panoramic views from every room. The king size bedroom with luxury linen flows into the ensuite with huge double shower and sliding louvre doors allowing for privacy. Luxury features include a DVD home theatre surround sound system, dishwasher and mood lighting and beautiful hand crafted timber furniture throughout. Enjoy the panoramic views from your heated deck spa or it’s private garden courtyard.

Hideaway Spa Lodge – The Ultimate in Luxury Living

Hideaway lodge is a romantic haven, hidden away among the eucalypts with panoramic views and accessed via an elevated timber boardwalk. The centrally located granite and timber kitchen overlooks the deck and the views beyond. Luxury features include a "Saeco Magic" automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, underbench oven, outdoor granite barbeque kitchen complete with bar fridge, LCD television with DVD surround sound system, king size double shower. The lodge has a huge deck with an exclusive "Hot Springs" heated deck spa as well as a sun deck complete with a double hammock-sunbake in the day and stargaze in the evening.
