Millie is a crossroads on the black-soil plains about 45 km south-west of Moree, where roads from Bellata, Rowena, Collarenebri, Burren Junction, Gurley and Moree meet. Fewer than 30 people live in the district.

The Millie Monument commemorates Trooper James Daniel Duff, who was killed in the Boer War. Millie once had a hotel and a post office, both long gone, and there are no services of any kind today.
