Southern Wildflower Tour

Come and Walk with the Whales and Wildflowers where the unusual is the norm in the Fitzgerald River National Park Biosphere

Day One: Leaving Perth we head South to Quaalup Homestead Wilderness Retreat.
Day Two: Spent in the Fitzgerald Biosphere and Point Anne to view the Whales.
Day Three: We look for the spectacular Quaalup Bell and the unusual Royal Hakea. Experience the biodiversity of this southern
wilderness as we climb West Mount Barren.
Day Four: Leaving Quaalup we head north to Perth stopping for Wildflowers along the way.

Two Day Wildflower Tour

Your tour guide, Richard is in his element when able to share his knowledge and experience of the Western Australian outback flora and fauna. Visit the Pinnacles, Mt Lesueur, Western Flora and a working sheep farm witha sheep dog and shearing display.

5 Day Ocean and Outback Four Wheel Drive Tour

Day One: Travelling north from Perth we examine the work of the Ocean and the Wind on Limestone at the Pinnacles on the way to our overnight stop at Geraldton.

Day Two: We travel north again to view the work of the Indian Ocean in sculpturing the Coastal Gorges at Kalbarri before heading inland to view the work of the Mighty Murchison River in the stratification of the rocks of the Tumblagooda Sandstone at Hawks Head lookout. Travelling north again we head for Monkey Mia for the night.

Day Three: After breakfast and meeting the Dolphins on the beach, we head southeast to the real Outback at Wooleen Station, where the ancient landscape comes alive as we hear about local Aboriginal culture and early settlers, visiting Shell Beach and the Stromatolites of Hamlin Pool along the way. The Cyanobacteria which form these structures were the first life form in the Worlds Ocean’s and gave off oxygen to form the earth’s atmosphere.

Day Four: After waking to early morning bird calls in our Rammed earth Cottages we have a hearty Station Hands breakfast before heading out to explore the Outback and hear Aboriginal Legends. At sunset we will be relaxing on the Blood Red Rocks as the sun ends another day in the vastness of the Outback.

Day Five: Today we head south via the Coalseam Conservation Park where coal was first discovered in 1846 and we can view fossils embedded in the riverbank before continuing south through the wheatbelt to Perth to end our enjoyable visit to the Ocean and the Outback.

20 Day Birdsville Races Tour

The tour takes you to Coopers Creek and Sturts Stony Desert. After the Races, see the beautiful MacDonnell Ranges and Alice Springs with plenty of time to relax before heading on to King’s Canyon, Ulury and the Olgas. From there its a trip across the remote Gibson and Great Victoria Desers on the way to Kalgoorlie and Perth.

5 Day Three Peaks Tour

Take a leisurely tour through the Three Peaks area of the South West of Western Australia, which includes Wave Rock Aboriginal Culture Tour and Mackenzies Bay of Isles Wildlife Cruise.

Come and discover the Aboriginal history of Wave Rock and Mulka’s cave. Listen to Aboriginal Dreamtime stories and the sound of the ancient Didgeridoo and learn about Aboriginal Bush Tucker with your guide. We Leave Wave Rock on our way to Lake King for the night. Next day we head of to Peak Charles the first of three peaks.

Formed of pink granite, the rock soars 450 metres above the surrounding country. Here we climb up to watch the Eagles soar before our picnic lunch. Then its of to Esperance, stopping on the way to look at wildflowers (in season). The next morning we go on the Mackenzie’s Bay of Isles Wildlife Cruise on the MV "Seabreeze" to Woody Island to see the wildlife of the Recherche Archipelago. On our return we have free time to go shopping.

We then travel on the Great Ocean Drive, which passes the Pink Lake, for spectacular views of the coast. The next day we head of to the Stirling Ranges via the coastal roads, stopping to look at beautiful wildflowers (in Season) in nature reserves along the way. We pause to enjoy the rugged beauty of East Mount Barren, the second of our three peaks, with its unique wildflowers (in season), on the way through the Fitzgerald River National Park.

After settling in at the Stirling Range Retreat we dine by candle light at The Lilly, a working Dutch Windmill, before spending the night in rammed earth cabins, in a natural bush setting, to recharge ourselves for an assault on Bluff Knoll, the third of our three peaks.

Then we are off to the Stirling Range drive to marvel at the rugged beauty of this mountain valley wilderness with its beautiful wildflowers (in season).

Leaving the Ranges behind us we join Albany Highway for the journey back to Perth, driving through undulating farmland, completing five wonderful days in the rugged wilderness area of the South West of Western Australia.

15 Day Carnarvon Range, Canning Stock Route and Rudall River Desert Expedition

Visit this unique wilderness area and experience the isolation of the desert with its unique flora and fauna. Travelling north, you visit the Little Sandy Desert, Caranarvon Range, Canning Stock Route and Rudall River National Park.

4 Day Goldfields Ghost Town Safari

Come and see the sights of the Golden Mile and visit some ghost towns along the way, to see "Inside Australia" and the Antony Gormley Exhibition of Sculptures at Lake Ballard.

Day One: Our Safari begins when we head east from Perth along the Great Eastern Highway,We pass through the Western Australian Wheat belt to Southern Cross with stops along the way to admire seasonal wildflowers. From Southern Cross we continue east to the eastern goldfields and Kalgoorlie, stopping at the historic town of Coolgardie. Our overnight accommodation is at the Midas Motel Kalgoorlie.
Day Two: We visit some of the interesting ghost towns in the area as we travel to see " Inside Australia" the Anthony Gormley Exhibition of Sculpture at Lake Ballard, we relax and enjoy the scene at sunset then to Menzies for dinner at the hotel, before returning to Kalgoorlie and our room at the Midas motel.
Day Three: Before leaving Kalgoorlie we view the superpit (The superpit, a huge open cut gold mine is always an interesting place to visit), Then its on again via outback tracks to Wave Rock with many stops along the way to explore the many rock formations, wildflowers and breakaways.On arrival at Wave Rock we take time to visit the Wildflower Shop, Wildlife Park (White Kangaroos and Wombats)and the Lace Place. We stay at the Hyden Motel for the night.
Day Four: We return to Wave Rock to spend the morning learning about the rock, Our safari then continues too a large rock formation know as the Humps to explore Mulka’s cave. From Mulka’s cave we travel to Corrigin to look at the Dog Cemetry. Our next major stop is the historic town of York situated in the Avon Valley, after which we return to Perth

15 Day Tag A Long Canning Stock Route Desert Expedition

12 Day Mount Augustus and Karijini Adventure Tour

Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Kennedy Ranges as you continue onto Cobra Station before continuing on the Kingsford Smith Mail Run enroute to the worlds biggest monocline – Mount Augustus. Its then on to Karijini National Park, followed by Tom Price and Newman before returning on the Great Northern Highway via Meekathathara, historic Cue, Walgo Rock and Wogarno Station on our way back to Perth.
