It is a house of large proportions with six sleeping areas, two bathrooms, formal lounge, formal dining, entrance hall, sunroom and full kitchen. Set on five acres of natural bushland overlooking surrounding farmland. Beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Sunhill is 60 years old and has high ceilings, a log burning fire, shady verandahs and no neighbours. The house has been decorated in a style befitting the farmers and graziers who have lived here previously.
