Self-contained style accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula at Rye bayside or near ocean beaches. 2, 3, & 4 bedroom holiday houses available all seasons for your exclusive use. Children & dog friendly in some, all houses have full kitchen and laundry and a BBQ. Complimentary use of tennis court for day/night play. All homes are strictly NO SMOKING inside. Sandune Cottage 4 bedrooms, accommodating for up to 9 guests, plus a child & a baby in a cot. Beds can be kingsize or twin singles (8 if all singles). 2 lounges, one with a romantic woodfire. Private outdoor mineral water spa, which can be heated. Table tennis and a sandpit. Great for groups, couples or a family. All linen provided. Out of the Blue 2 bedrooms for 6+ guests, children & dogs welcome. 2 QS & 2 SB plus other sleeping arrangements. Lounge/dining, two toilets, large fenced garden with badminton net and walking distance to Bayside Beach. Breakers Fantastic ocean views from your own chair in the lounge, dining or bedroom. 3 bedroom with 1 QS, 1 DB & 3 SB plus other sleeping arrangements for 7+ guests. Very spacious lounge/dining rooms, family room and 2 bathrooms, one is en-suite. The house is set in the sand dunes of St. Andrews Beach at Rye. Sea Stroll Cosy & comfortable, with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests. 2 QS & 2 SB. Lounge/dining has a gas Coonara, fully fenced garden, table tennis, double lockup garage and a walk to ocean beaches.
