Penthouses

lThe Observatory Penthouses set the benchmark for opulence, featuring open plan living with timber floors throughout, contemporary furnishings and a lounge setting which seats eight.

Able to accommodate up to six people, the master bedroom comprises a king sized bed with ensuite and spa bath.

The second bedroom has either a second king sized bed or 2 single beds and its own private ensuite, while the third bedroom has a queen sized bed.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stone bench tops and state of the art appliances, including a glass cook top, fully featured oven, dishwasher, microwave and a cavernous 450L fridge.

There is full climate control reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, large plasma screen TV with home theatre system including CD and DVD and a separate TV in the master bedroom. The fully equipped internal laundry comes complete with washing machine and dryer.

Floor to ceiling fully retractable bi-fold doors open onto huge north facing private rooftop terrace which offers expansive un-interrupted ocean, coastal and hinterland views from the elevated position opposite town beach.

The terrace includes its own outdoor dining setting, sun lounges and a 4 burner stainless steel gas BBQ with roasting hood.

1 Bedroom Executive Apartment
