Nelson Bay Bed & Breakfast, Nelson Bay
Nelson Bay Bed & Breakfast is a purpose built accomodation facility located in a bushland setting close to the CBD, Marina, Restaurant and shops. The new owners (Nov ’02) have undertaken an improvement program to ensure the best of facilities for your comfort and convenience. The Tomaree Room has a seperate private deck with spa. There are many eating establishments close to the B & B ranging from the Bistro at the local Bowling Club to seafood specialty restaurants.
The 3 night “Drive Yourself Sane” packages being offered are designed to give you a taste of the Port Stephens area.
On arrival, you will receive a warm greeting and on settling into your room will be able to indulge in Champagne and Chocolates.
Your first day, shake off the cobwebs with a 4WD Sand Dunes Tour, be brave – experience board riding on the dunes. Afterwards, you may like to take a drive around the Port Stephens area, walk to the top of Tomaree headland, have afternoon tea at the Inner Light or just relax.
Your second day slows down a little with a “moonshadow” Dolphin Cruise. The bay has 160 bottlenose dolphins and you are almost assured of seeing them. Bring your swimmers and get in the boom net for a great experience.
Your last morning breakfast will include a selection from our ‘hot breakfast menu’ to prepare you for your departure from our home. You may like to visit a Winery or Fighter World on your return journey.
If you wish to consider variations to the Champagne & Chocolates (ie cheese platter and a bottle of red) or upgrade from the Dolphin Cruise to a *Whale Watch Cruise (in season) please discuss this with us when you book, you’ll find we’re very accomodating.
