An elegant five star, 10 acre country retreat for adults in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. The stunning gardens and tranquil ambience make it an ideal place to relax and unwind or to explore the wineries, caves, restaurants, galleries, national parks and beautiful beaches of Western Australia’s South West.

The Laughing Clown Lodge, named from the owners’ clown collection which is displayed, comprises 13 rooms ranging from ensuite rooms to executive spa suites. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and feature television, satellite movies, phone, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryers, iron and ironing board and comfortable seating. The main lounge, bar and dining areas overlook one of the region’s finest gardens through a wall of windows and provide a unique and luxurious haven for all guests to enjoy a quiet drink, meet new friends, read a book or spend a quiet moment together.

Your tariff includes out fabulous full country breakfast and complimentary cakes and cookies are available all day from the tea and coffee servery. Gourmet cold platters are available 7 days a week with 24 hours prior notice. Regular seasonal special packages detailed on our home web site.

The grounds include tennis court, gymnasium and a walking track. Bushwalking in the adjacent National Park offers beautiful walks to the stunning Ngilgi Cave and the well known Yallingup beach and its spectacular coastline.

Ensuite Room

Standard ensuite room accommodating two persons. No spa bath in ensuite. Property has seven of these rooms located in the main lodge and they share common verandas. All rooms are king beds. Two can be configured as twin beds.

Executive Spa Suite

Luxurious suites located in separate wing 50 metres from main lodge. Separate veranda entering into living room. Suite includes a luxury double bathroom with large shower, two person spa and double granite bench tops. King beds.

Spa Room

Lodge has four spa rooms. Three in main lodge and one in executive wing, 50 metres from main lodge. Rooms have an ensuite with private outdoor seating area. Bathrooms are more luxurious with shower, vanity and two person shower. King beds.
