Belmont Cottage

Belmont Cottage is a roomy, 2 1/2 bedroom air conditioned home, just 200 metres up the road from Lake Macquarie’s beautiful Belmont Bay.

Belmont shopping centre is only five minutes level walk away as is the Belmont 16ft Sailing Club. The Golf Club, Beaches and the major shopping centres are all within 5 – 15 minutes drive.

Caves Beach Getaway

This roomy 2 storey holiday home is the ideal beach getaway, especially for an extended family or families with young children and toddlers with a cot, change table, high chair and stair barrier available, if required.

Our Getaway features expansive ocean views, timber look floors, air conditioning, an en-suite off the master bedroom, a second bedroom with either a King Double bed or 2 x king single beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 x single beds.

There is also a Queen size bed downstairs complete with its own lounge area, TV, sliding doors out onto the back yard and a third toilet in the fully equipped laundry.

The large, fully equipped kitchen has a built in breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge, micro wave oven and all the storage space you’d ever need while the quality dining suite will seat 6 in comfort.

The living area features comfortable, casual furnishings, a full size TV, Video, DVD and CD player. There is even a telescope to bring the passing ships right into your living room.

Gaze out over Caves Beach, just one street back from the beach, from the lounge, dining area and kitchen or have a BBQ on the wide balcony

Able to accommodate up to 7 x people, our 3 bedroom Lake House is just 100 metres up the road from beautiful Belmont Bay.

The fully carpeted home features large living areas with wide, sliding doors opening onto the wrap-around timber balcony looking out over the large enclosed yard, water feature garden and down to the lake.

Reverse cycle air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout for year round climate control, together with quality furniture and furnishings ensure your every comfort. A flat screen colour TV, VCR and CD disk player provide entertainment plus.

The spacious kitchen has views to the lake just a 100 metres away and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, wall oven, ceramic cook tops, micro wave oven and full size fridge.

It’s central to the dining and living areas and the balcony, making family living and entertainment, a breeze and a large gas BBQ provides to final tough to family holiday living.

The bright and cheerful bathroom is easily accessible from all rooms and the Master bedroom, which has a queen size bed, has its own ensuite. There are 2 other spacious bedrooms, one with 2 x single beds and the other with 1 x single bed. There is also a double bed sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with mirror doors and quality beds & bedding.

The property has its own laundry with automatic washing machine and clothes dryer, while the enclosed yard has a a double carport as well as a single garage and plenty of room for a boat.

Dogs are allowed, subject to Health Regulations, with undercover sleeping areas for them. (Not allowed indoors under any circumstances)

The immediate area has a village atmosphere where you can stroll 100 metres down the road to the lake foreshores and take in the beautiful view of the lake with the Watagan mountains as a backdrop (The sunsets can be magnificent) and enjoy the abundant land and marine birdlife.

For boating and fishing enthusiasts, there’s a boat ramp to launch your boat and a playground for the kids in a beautiful lakeside parkland setting a further 200 metres away.

Belmont Golf Club is just down the road with Blacksmiths Beach, Belmont Shopping Centre, Belmont 16ft Sailing Club and the Belmont Sportsmans Club all within 3 to 5 minutes drive.

‘The Moorings’ is a large, open plan, ground floor waterfront apartment on the shores of Black Ned’s Bay, Lake Macquarie. Bring your boat (or hire a Cruiser while you’re here) and moor it at your front door, fish off the jetty, or sunbathe on the sandy beaches just opposite. The Moorings features security keyless and intercom security access for peace of mind, and space for 2 vehicles or for your trailer once you’ve launched your boat and tied it up to the jetty.

The manicured lawns fronting the waterfront, large gas BBQ and quality outdoor garden dining furniture complete the picture.

The Moorings Villa

The Moorings Villa is a 2 bedroom villa unit set in a lush, tropical setting within a secure complex of just 2 other units on the shores of Black Ned’s Bay, Lake Macquarie. There is a boat launching ramp right beside the cottage and you can tie up your boat at your front door.

Beach Lodge

Our Beach Lodge offers you the best of both Lake Macquarie and the Pacific Ocean.

Looking out over bush reserve to the Lake entrance, a popular sandy lake beach is only 50 metres walk through the Reserve and Caves Beach is only 3 minutes drive away. Able to accommodate up to 8 people, our Beach Lodge is an ideal holiday spot for a large or 2 smaller families.
