‘Cameo Cottage’ is a delighful two bedroom home, built in 1914 and can be found along Victoria Parade, beside the Mersey River in Devonport.
Being set back from the road, ensures a quiet, relaxing and private stay. Guests can take in the atmosphere while sitting on the verandah, overlooking the cottage style garden.
Generous breakfast provisions are also provided.
Inside, guests will be pleased to find a newly renovated bathroom (with claw foot bath) and also a new kitchen. Cameo is furnished in a modern country style and is very light and bright. Guests can enjoy a newly installed gas heater and relax while listening to compact discs or viewing a digital video disc player.
For those who like an early morning or evening stroll, good use can be made of the walking/cycle track beside the river. Some people may even like to try their luck at fishing.
The main central business district is within easy walking distance and is close to the Post Office, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
