The two bedrooms upstairs sleep four adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed or two single beds and the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed or two single beds. The downstairs sofa-bed with inner-spring matress will sleep two children under the age of ten or one adult comfortably.

Downstairs living areas include the lounge room and dining room with dining capacity for six. TV, Stereo, DVD and small home office with Internet and local telephone.

The house offers a complete kitchen and laundry with oven, refrigerator and microwave, washing machine and dryer. The outside areas include a small courtyard at the rear of the house and an upstairs balcony off the master bedroom.
