Catalina Resort, Maroochydore

The two towers of Catalina Resort are conveniently situated in the trendy Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore, near the mouth of the Maroochy River. A private walkway leads you to the patrolled Maroochydore Beach and is 60 metres from the Maroochydore Surf Club. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views of the stunning coastline, stretching south from Mooloolaba, to north past the mouth of the picturesque Maroochy River. Just kick back, relax and enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the crashing waves.

Offering a choice of two towers:

The well-established Catalina 1, with its spacious living areas and lovely large balconies, which enjoy the evening sea breeze, has long been popular with guests. Offering fully self-contained, serviced, one, two and three bed-roomed apartments, with your choice of garden or ocean views as well as studio apartments. All apartments except the studios have spa baths. The one, two and three bedroom apartments have full kitchens, cable TV, fans and an in-room spa.

All apartments in the more recent Catalina II, are air-conditioned with ensuites. Offering two or three bedroom apartments, with your choice of garden or ocean views. All have cable TV in both master bedroom and lounge. The stylishly appointed apartments, with quality furnishings and finishing touches, have full kitchens and an in-room spa. They also contain a CD player and Video Recorder or DVD.

Relax and enjoy the many features, which include; 2 heated pools, shaded children’s wading pool, 2 heated spas, sauna, undercover barbecue facilities, full sized tennis court, games room, undercover secure parking, lift access to all floors, washing machine and dryer in all apartments and friendly on-site managers.
A short stroll to shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants with the convenience of a public bus stop at the front of the resort.
