This unit comprises 2 bedrooms and a granite kitchen with Blanco appliances in a spacious living setting opening out onto a large front courtyard facing the beach. Other features include a study nook, family bathroom, laundry, lock-up/remote control garage and carport. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and walk-in robe, and the second bedroom also features a queen bed. Additionally, there is a sofa bed (double) in the living area, which can be used for children. The unit can therefore accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) in a spacious environment. It is located on the ground floor thus providing easy and safe access. The open living area is the perfect place to relax while looking at the sea in an air-conditioned environment. No smoking inside and no pets. Short term rental available. Carrum Carrum is a wide and long sandy beach featuring the Patterson River mouth. It is perfect for fishing and boating (including launch ramps, mooring and refuelling). The safe swimming beach is patrolled in summer by the Carrum Life Saving Club. Depending on the tide, you will be able to ‘walk’ out into the water for approximately 15 to 25 metres before it even reaches your chest! Nearby, the adjoining reserves with parking and picnic facilities are ideal for walking and cycling. Carrum Beach and its nearby shopping strip are easily accessible by car, bike or train. Located approximately 30 kilometres from the city of Melbourne, Carrum is an ideal location to enjoy both the relaxation of the beach and the pleasure of city life in close proximity.
