Bayleaf Rural Getaway, York

The only accommodation in York to have wirweless internet coverage in all rooms and cafe, appealing to buisness and tourist bookings. Situated on the entrance to the historic town of York, this boutique get-away is set on two hectares with sweeping views of York, Mount Bakewell and Mount Brown. With their ever changing vistas and swirling white mists, guests are able to relax and soak up the peace and tranquility surrounded by an olive grove, orchard and vineyard.

The purpose built architect designed buildings meet all building codes and regulations, ensuring that guests receive the very best and latest in comfort and privacy.

All rooms are well appointed offering twin, triple, family in luxury self-contained spa studio units. Buffet continental and full cooked breakfasts are included.

On site, there is a cafe, a retail outlet and a commercial kitchen which allows the guests and public to sample and purchase olive oil, jams (made with the locally grown produce) and condiments. We cater for private functions,seating up to 40 people inside the cafe and 40 people in the al fresco area.

Plans are in place for further improvements which include a playground area, heated swimming pool and animal interaction area, ideal for the farm stay/getaway ambiance.

This room is approxiamately 50 square metres, carpeted and has a R/C air conditioner. It contains kitchen facilities – microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. In the lounge/dining there is a dining room table with chairs, television, DVD and a lounge couch. Behind a half wall, there is a queen bed and a king single bed with a built in robe. In the bathroom, there is a two person spa with a separate shower.

Sunflower Room

This room is approxiamately 50 square metres,carpeted and has a R/C air conditioner. It contains kitchen facilities – microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. In the lounge/dining there is a dining room table with chairs, television, DVD and a lounge couch. Behind a half wall there is a queen bed and a king single bed with a built in robe. Rosemary Room
