The Avoca Beach Heritage Villas are a cluster of two bedroom holiday Villas and Terraces in a bushland setting 1km from the beautiful Avoca Beach surf.

On site are BBQ areas, swimming pool and tennis court all nestled into the natural bush and native gardens. This encourages native animals and birds to visit and live amongst the units set on several acres. With our managers on site and our relaxing setting you are sure to have an enjoyable stay.

Avoca Beach is a beautiful golden sand beach over a kilometre in length stretching to North Avoca. The beach is patrolled all summer and has a rock pool below the surf club and Avoca Lake half way along the beach, both suitable for young children.

Group booking such as weddings, sporting groups, reunions and clubs can be easily accommodated.

Accommodation Options

Villa

There are 22 individual Villas, spaciously designed with high raked ceilings, these are ideal for groups, families and couples. All units are self contained with two bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry, including washing machine and clothes dryer.The lounge area opens onto a wide balcony providing a peaceful, serene atmosphere to enjoy the wildlife.
Covered car parking is located next to each Villa for ease of access.

Terrace

Terrace accommodation consists of 12 contemporary, spaciously designed Terraces. They are all two-storey and two-bedroom. Each terrace is fully self-contained with a full kitchen, bathroom, laundryfacilities and undercover car parking.
The ground floor includes a kitchen, carpeted lounge and dining area, and a second toilet. The lounge opens onto a private north-easterly sundeck.
Comfortable lounges, TVs, video players, natural gas heating and continuous hot water are great for a winter getaway.
The kitchen is provided with cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher, microwave and natural gas cooking.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs, both with built-in wardrobes. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds.Both bedrooms open onto private balconies to soak up the sun.
The main bathroom with laundry is outfitted with a washing machine and clothes dryer, and located between the two bedrooms.
Terrace units are ideally suited to couples and adult groups.
