Mendooran, NSW

Mendooran is the oldest town on the famous Castlereagh River and history has been recorded in murals on a number of businesses throughout town. Mendooran is a great stop-over spot for all those footloose and fancy free wanderers on the Wallaby Track. It’s easy to get here, up the Mitchell Highway, over the Oxley Highway, down the Newell Highway, across the Castlereagh Highway or via the Golden Highway. Whichever direction you come from, it’s all easy driving.
