Tinonee, NSW

Tinonee was one of the earliest settlements in the Manning. Today it provides the focus for arts and crafts including Aboriginal art and handcrafted locally made goods that take on that yesteryear flavour. A picturesque park overlooks the Manning River and Taree Estate. This stretch of water is the focus of water skiing activities on the Manning River. Accomodation includes B&B’s and cottages. Just a short distance away are breathtaking panoramic views from Brushy Cutting Lookout on the Tinonee to Wingham road. Tinonee is home to The Terrace Cinema – “the most unique and smallest picture show on Earth”. The cinema seats 22 people and bookings are essential.
