Fauntleroy House, Perth

Fauntleroy House “Classic Bed and Breakfast” circa 1902, is one of Guilford’s gracious old homes of generous proportions. Situated at the gateway to the Swan Valley. The half acre property has been lovingly restored to resemble it’s former glory. Featuring rambling verandas, comfortably appointed rooms, ensuite bathrooms with claw foot baths. Air conditioned in summer/open fire in winter. There is a guest lounge and swimming pool, all surrounded by gardens.

Gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room that over looks the garden, or on the veranda.

Parking is conveniently located in the grounds, or there are trains and buses nearby. It is an easy walk to restaurants, hotels and interesting shops. Perth central business district is just 25 minutes away, airport 10 minutes. You may choose to play golf, tennis, lawn bowls, or go horse riding. Explore the nearby historic points of interest, enjoy the company of your companions, play a parlour game, or just curl up with a good book.

Guildford backs on to the beautiful Swan River, that is famous for its restaurants and cafes, gourmet food trail, interesting galleries and other attractions.
The Hills area with it’s many delights is also nearby.
