Fleurieu Peninsula and Hills Day Tour – ALS04

Highlights include McLaren Vale wine tasting, Victor Harbor and breathtaking views of Port Elliot. Learn about riverboat history on the River Murray at Goolwa. Departing Adelaide via historic Glenelg, travel to the Fleurieu Peninsula through Brighton, Morphett Vale, Old Noarlunga to McLaren Vale for a brief stop and wine tasting. Maslins Beach and the Myponga Reservoir are great spots to see. On we glide through the peaceful Inman Valley to Victor Harbor for a one-hour stop. Visit the famous Whale Centre, travel on the Horse Drawn Tram to Granite Island, or just relax and stroll around. Lunch is served at the Anchorage Guest House before we move on to breathtaking views of Port Elliot and then to Goolwa for a break. You will see paddle steamers, the old train station and Signal Point Tourist Centre. Bidding farewell to the South Coast we tour inland to Strathalbyn and finally, through beautiful Mount Barker and on to the Adelaide Freeway for the return journey to Adelaide, arriving at approximately 1700.
