Moreton Bay Breezes Drive

Headed for a few relaxing hours down by Moreton Bay your drive takes you through the suburb of Hamilton with tree-lined hills and lovely heritage Queenslander homes. The bayside suburbs of Sandgate and Shorncliffe provide a perfect vantage point for viewing Moreton Island and the vast wetlands (nature reserve). After morning/afternoon tea at the water’s edge your drive continues over the Houghton Highway to Redcliffe – site of the first settlement in Queensland.
